Professional and courteous with the options to pickup your car if you are on a tight schedule _ and _ a loaner car at your disposal. Very honest and never has a mechanic setup a website for you to check in on the progress with pictures of any and all areas being worked on. At least my first encounter of such. Brittany and Logan were fantastic. I was in from out of town and had a small problem with my Tahoe. They were thorough and their prices were fair. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I only wish I lived closer.

I came into the store to get an oil change as well as have a front plastic bumper shield on the vehicle that needed to be replaced taken care of. The told me they would inspect the vehicle, and then proceeded to do a "major inspection" with which they came back with a number of things that supposedly needed to be fixed on my vehicle, all costing a couple thousand dollars. In addition during this "inspection" they had not even completed the oil change, which took almost another hour (when I was originally promised would only be about 30minutes). The other sketchy part is that my vehicle is not even two years old and was not in need of having a number of the items replaced, that this company suggested! I purchased my vehicle from a reputable dealership and it went through all of the needed maintenance before I took it off the lot so I know for a fact that the items needing replaced were not necessary. In addition, when I took my vehicle to get a second opinion from another repair shop, they advised that they could fix the same plastic bumper piece for nearly have the cost! This company only seems to want your money and will find any way to cheat you out of it, especially if they think that you don't know your business on your vehicles. I would never take my business to this company again. I wrote a negative review when they sent me an email, and they never made any effort to fix this mistake then either.

Hi Ariel, I have never received any email on feed back from your visit before this review was made. I would like to point out your visual inspection we perform on everyone's car that comes into our shop, & it is not a quick service, we never tell anyone that you will be out of here in 30 minutes, our minimum wait time is 120 minutes. It is a visual inspection that we take photos of and that we sent to you. You can see we tested your brake fluid and it had moisture in it, you can see the dirty air filter, you can see a photo of the oil drain plug that was leaking when you came in from the last place that changed the oil didn't add a drain plug washer. If you look on any maintenance records online or in your book, you will see all of the other services we recommended without photos are services that are due at 30K miles, and you came in with 28K miles on your vehicle. We were educating you for your 30K service that will help your car last longer, and offered to perform these services with prices. We saw 0 records of any of these services being done on Carfax and advised they were due at 30K to get the most miles out of your car. We had zero records on your vehicle and that reputable dealership you bought your car from didn't report any of these services due at 30K miles were ever done. We never want to make any one feel like they need to get things done here at our shop, this is why we quote first and educate the best we can. We understand we are typically more money than other shops, that comes along with our life-time warranty, certified technicians, digital visual inspections to help us stay 100% transparent, free shuttle & loaner cars, using the best parts available, 3 year nationwide warranty, free tows, and providing safe reliable long lasting transportation.
