I am a mom in Arizona, that found Rod's online. And I am very happy I did. Everyone has great customer service skills. They are more efficient than any other repair shop I have ever encountered. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what was being paid for. I would not put my daughter's car in any other shop. Even though I have never met these people in person. I have been in customer service for years and I was and am impressed.

This place is amazing! When My owner brought me here This handsome man with a beard came out side and did a complete photo shoot of me in the parking lot. He then got in and drove me to my awaiting technician,. Let me tell you the technician was amazing he took me for a spin to make sure I was performing as designed "I Didn't Let Him Down". When he pulled me into the shop He took some more pictures and started Sweet Talking Me into letting him pop open my Bonnet and trunk lids " I Was So Nervous and excited" When he was done Inspecting me. He found that I was in good operating condition and parked me out front. I WILL TOTALLY COME BACK!!! My owner has no choice!!

I love this shop. Always the most friendly service. Logan and Brittany genuinely care about serving each customer and doing things right! Wouldn't reccomend anyone else to look at my cars!

The entire staff was friendly and professional. We really needed help with our Lexus 470 and they went the extra mile to provide it. The car was repaired in a timely manner, the cost was reasonable and as quoted, and the car was returned to us washed and cleaned. Every aspect of the repairs were explained and we were grateful to be set up on a maintenance schedule we could budget for. After many less than satisfactory experiences with other auto garages in the area, we are pleased to have found an exceptional location. Thanks everyone. You’re the best!

Hi -- I am a 1982 Datsun 280ZX. My owner loves me so much she takes me to Rod's for everything. She is very discriminating (I've only had eight mechanics in my 36 years.) and demands only the very best service for me and my aging parts. Rod's has taken excellent care of me each and every time, always professional and thorough. I recently needed some electrical surgery and Rod's took great care of me .
