From start to finish, Rod's was great. First email contact with Brittany was fast and informative. They got my car in for a (free!) checkup, diagnosed the problem that another shop had as well (wheel bearings), found me a slightly cheaper option, did the work fast, and my car is working great. I contacted them at 9am on a Tuesday and they had tested the car, advised me of results, ordered parts, done the repairs, and I picked it up early Thursday morning. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles.

Honest and Fair. As a single woman who is also a senior, I have to depend on my auto repair shop to make my car safe without alot of "extras" that I don't need. Rod tells me if I can wait on a maintenance or repair or if I must have it done immediately. I've been a customer at Rod's shop for 6 years now and I am always satisfied that I drive away with a safe, maintained automobile. Thank you to Rod and his crew.

New Subaru Mechanic Found! I have taken my Subaru to several different mechanics over the years and while they have all been very nice and professional, I never really felt like they knew what to do with any of the problems I was having. I had almost given up and thought it might be time to purchase a new car...thank goodness for Rod's! They knew what they were looking at right away, fixed the problem, and got me back on the road. And to top it off, everyone was so nice. I think I have found my new Subaru mechanic! :)

These guys are fantastic! Took my Maxima in for service, and they went above and beyond, even fixing some minor things for no charge. They gave me specific recommendations for maintenance and some tips for getting more life out of my car. And they even scheduled my next maintenance visit out 6 months in advance. Everyone there treated me like an old friend, and definitely won my repeat business for their top-notch service!

I'm not very easy to impress, but Rod did it. The engine on our '99 Subaru Outback blew on our way back to Vancouver from Seattle. We were really not looking forward to the huge hassle and expense of replacing it. It actually took us six months of procrastinating (and joining the car co-op) before we finally bit the bullet and dealt with our car. Rod towed our car from the border, put in a new (to us) engine & clutch for a great price (about $1000 less than in Vancouver, BC) including two-year warranty, even repaired our leaky tire at no charge, and - I'm not kidding - it looks like he even washed our car. When my wife and I picked it up, we were amazed. I've never left a mechanic's shop feeling that way. I highly recommended his shop, even if you live north of the border.
